Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time
Orders usually take 5 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and create everything by hand, just for you!
Shipping Carrier & Time
Once your order has been processed and produced, orders are shipped via First Class by default, which varies between 3-5 business days.
Priority & Insured Shipping
Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50 and tracking. BijouxB is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.
Rush Orders
We offer rush orders to accommodate inconvenient occasions. To get a rush order approved please email us at support@bijouxb.com, before making a purchase.
Redirecting Orders
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package, or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your order, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. You can then contact support@bijouxb.com to replace your order.
